SHIPPING POLICY
Discreet Shipping/Packaging:
At DAB Essentials, we understand the need for discretion. This is why we ship in unmarked brown boxes or standard USPS Priority boxes with no labels indicating glass. No where on the box will there be a reference about smoking.
We can not guarantee arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances.

Free Shipping:
All orders shipped in the United States will have the shipping fee waived. You may choose to purchase expedited shipping for an additional cost.

Our packages get sent out from San Jose, CA.
Shipping time frame:
All orders placed before 2:00 pm PST are normally shipped the same day. Normal shipping days are Monday-Friday and do not include national holidays. Packages shipped domestically via USPS First Class are typically delivered in 2-9 days depending on the distance from our location. Although international orders typically take 6-10 business days, please allow up to 20 business days for some remote areas.
Items broken during shipping:
Items that are broken during shipping must be photographed and documented within 72 hours of being received. Please email Dabessentials3591@gmail.com with your photos and order number for reference.
